To Place an Order:
You can purchase with Equus Medical directly
through the site with your credit card, or you can purchase with a
cheque. To place an order, add the selected items to your Shopping
Cart via the book detail page. Once you have completed your
selections, click on View Cart to verify your selections.
Proceed by selecting Check Out at the bottom of Your Shopping Cart
page. We will ask for your billing and shipping information,
including any special requirements, and your purchase order
number, if appropriate. When using your credit card but shipping
to an address different from your billing address, you will need
to authorize this address with your credit card company in
accordance with their requirements. You will see a Confirm Your
Order page listing the print information, size selection with
corresponding pricing and any other options you have selected, as
well as shipping and sales tax fees. If this is correct and you
are purchasing with your credit card, select Submit Payment Info.
If paying by cheque, print this page and mail to Equus Medical
with payment.
Upon selection of Submit Payment Info, we will ask you for credit
card information and whether you would like to receive email
confirmation of your order. Once this page is completed and
submitted you will receive a confirmation of your order.

To Place an
Order Offline (not on the web):
You can order
all of our products offline using a fax order form. The order form
is available in the following formats:

Credit Card Purchasing:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard. Your
account is charged at time of order shipment and approval
of your credit card information. If the transaction is not
approved, a message will appear and you will be given the
opportunity to correct any information that may have been
submitted in error. Once the transaction is complete you will
receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours.
You can 'Check Out' with confidence knowing that
your credit card information is protected when shopping with Equus
Medical. This website supports safe online purchasing through
secure socket layer (SSL) technology using 128-bit encryption,
providing the highest level of Internet security available today.
To identify that you are connected to a secure server, the site
address will begin with 'https' rather than 'http'.
You can also
fax in a credit card order using
our fax number: +61-3-9888 4978. Please include your name and
shipping details on the fax so we can correlate it with your
order.
Payment by Cheque:
If you prefer to use a cheque to purchase from
Equus Medical, we will be happy to accommodate you. You can simply
create your order form using the shopping cart. Once you have
placed the items you would like in your cart, select the Checkout
option. Continue through the Billing Information page to the Order
Confirmation and print this page from your browser rather than
continuing on through submit payment info. Mail the purchase order
along with your check and shipping and contact information to:

Your order will be confirmed to you via email or telephone. Equus
Medical will proceed with your purchase order after your cheque
has cleared.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is calculated for you automatically during check out.
Sales tax (GST) is applicable on all orders in Australia on the full
amount of the purchase. There is no sales tax for purchases
from other states or countries.
Discounts:
Equus Medical has
a standard storewide 10%
discount off the RRP.
We also provide a student discount of 15%. In
order to apply for the discount you must provide details of the
organisation you are associated with, or in the case of students,
provide a valid student number and course of enrolment and
University. Applicants for this discount must also supply, via fax
or email, a copy of the student or staff identification card. This applies to all
international applicants as well.
A link appears during the payment process where students must
supply this information. If valid information isn't received at
the time of the order a discount of 10% will be applied. Please note
that the discount does not appear at the time of the order. We
apply the discount once we have confirmed your details and
received the identification card fax/email.
Shipping/Delivery Time:
Orders typically ship out to you within three weeks from receipt
of your order, with a transit time of five to seven days. If a
delay is anticipated you will be notified by phone or email by
Equus Medical.
Equus Medical will ship products to you via
Australia Post. If you require other faster means of delivery then
please specify this with your order in the extra information area.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases from
Equus Medical, you may return them for full credit of the items
you purchased. To receive a refund, we require that you notify us
of your intent to return the items within 10 days from receipt of
your purchase by email or calling (03) 9830 2211. At that time, we
will provide you with the return shipping address and a
recommended carrier. To receive a full refund, all items must be
returned in their original condition, in the original packaging,
within 30 days from receipt of your purchase. You will be refunded
the cost of goods purchased in the same form of payment used to
purchase the items within 14 business days of return receipt. If
for any reason there is a discrepancy regarding the nature of the
return which would delay your refund, we will contact you
immediately upon receipt of the returned goods for further
clarification. Equus Medical can not accept returns of items that
have been altered in any way from their original form.
If there is a defect or shipping damage to your product, notify us
immediately by email or calling (03) 9830 2211. In
situations where there is a defect or shipping damage, we will
replace your purchase or, at our discretion, refund you the price
of the goods by means of a credit to your charge card account, or
via refund cheque if that was your original form of payment. Equus Medical
will cover the return shipping fees for all damaged or defective
orders, or shipments of any incorrect items.
